THEME

First reading:  Ezekiel 18: 25-28

When sinners renounce their sin, then they will live.

Second Reading: Philippians 2: 1-11

The Incarnate Son empties himself of his majesty to become human.

Gospel:  Matthew 21: 28-32

The tax collectors and sinners respond, but not the chief priests and elders.

Father Hughes is moving to pastures new and

wants to convey to you all  his grateful thanks and appreciation

for all the kindness you have shown him throughout the years.

“It has been a privilege and an honour to be your priest.

This Parish will forever live in a corner of my heart and

every day I will remember you in my prayers.

May God bless each and every one of you.

With much love.”

Father Colin Hughes
